you can cancel the subscription within the first month. But the app will take a second months payment, even if you cancel promptly. So that's nearly £100 for the course, just so you know. The course is good and it is helpful but it is gonna cost more than you think/is advertised. Don't blame Google Play, sort it out yourselves.

I have tried everything to stop. And quit 3 times, and went back. But this simple yet powerful app beats all the other methods I've tried. I finished day 4 now and I am feeling happy about quitting now. The fear and worry have decreased dramtically. And it is getting through to my subconious mind. Its really worth it to pay for the app. and then can cancel it after the 6 day program. what do you have to lose? Try it! And get free!!

Downloaded this during a 3am anxiety spiral about my health. Best decision I've made in years. The app doesn't shame you or make you feel guilty - it just explains the science behind addiction in a way that finally made sense to me. I particularly loved the articles about breaking thought patterns. I used to think I was addicted to nicotine, but I learned I was really addicted to the ritual and the stories I told myself about smoking. The tracker helped me see patterns I never noticed before.
