Really like how it works but anytime I try and share a WOD the app crashes. This makes it difficult to use the app for any programming that's not for me. They could also add strength templates and a full day option or even full week for the paid members heck they could have a year broken up into four 3 month cycles where you could put the bias for each one and it has the option for 1 or 2 sessions a.day each with a strength and metcon portion. This would make it a next level app.

thank you for the feedback and sorry for the crash. We are currently fixing this crash. The app currently does not provide a full plan. It is more an ideation app. To help you find workouts. We are thinking of how we can integrate a plan like you proposed. Thank you.

The app is very good it gives you a right schedule each day or each time but what I like is that there is some log where I can see and check my results how a timed workout went last time or something like that. Also if I accidentally move back in the menu then my workout is reset so I I there is no way to skip steps in a workout to to go to the point where I left it.

This may be the first time I've ever reviewed an app, but I'm doing it because I really appreciate this app. The ability to not have to search thru online databases of WODs, what some CF box is posting as their WODs, and sift thru those that are possible at my home gym or not--this is CLUTCH! I can just open the app, click a button, and start getting a quality workout in. Wish there was a tailored warmup, and the option to add in strength training. for future improvement--but great as-is!
