Worst netbanking app. Not user friendly, ugly and missing a lot of core features. Najgora netbanking aplikacija. Komplicirana za korištenje, ružna i bez hrpe bitnih opcija. And Erstebank, don't bother replying with a generic "we're sorry to hear...". You are not. If you were sorry, you'd fix the app. Edit: several years have passed, nothing has changed. Their replies are without intent. The app is still not working properly.

app works well, but I know more people who got robbed through it. Small amounts of money under "facebook" gradually disppear from the account, first small than bigger and bigger untill the account is empty. Unless you notice it sooner. Bank had zero explanation how can that happen. When you complain they return the amount.

Horrible. I had to transfer from another app as per the bank request so I could continue using the services. UI is unnecessarily convoluted with too many steps and the end goal (viewing the bills and getting barcodes to pay them) is nonexistent. I tried to then pay off the remaining installments at once and this option is not even yet available. Meanwhile, since they started this transition process I now have a debt and will have to contact customer support to pay it off.
