support teams don't respond to queries, I wrote them and called and they said I should wait for 5 working days for my issue to be addressed with a resolution. It's been now more than 5 working days and I haven't seen any progress nor communication regarding my query. So much disappointing!

The call center is waste of time clvery slow and cannot do anything, I want to talk to somebody to resolve an issue, there is no point of listing things anyone can do on the app. make it easy to talk to someone.
