Today it randomly started blocking anything in any app that pops up in front of the rest of the screen. So like 80% of app menus, causing the apps to force close. Please let us turn off blocking we don't want! Appreciate the warning when unblocking could open up ways to get around the app. But let parents choose to accept that risk. Especially when the blocking makes 80% of apps unusable. If it makes the device unusable then you end up with no blocking which is a much bigger security threat.

The app does not work properly. When accessing porn websites you can still see the thumbnails... When you are fast enough and click on the thumbnail you'll be in able to watch the video. The only thing you need to do is refresh the webpage and you can watch entire porn movies. It also does not work together with zoom and FB messenger. When I want to be on those apps Qustodio interferes.

Extremely terrible. I'm a teenager, and my parents recently downloaded it onto my phone. For one, it's a MASSIVE invasion of privacy. The parents can see every little thing I use on my phone and sends them links to the websites I use. They can also see my private messages. The app also randomly malfunctions, saying it has blocked my phone at random times during the day, and it's not smth my parents set. It also drains my battery, and uses up MASSES of storage, and falsely records my screen time

We know it’s frustrating having your internet use monitored, but your parents have chosen Qustodio because they want the best for you. We encourage families to work together & decide on healthy limits. Why not try having a chat with your parents? Maybe you can find a solution you’re both happy with. Good luck!
