(old) Stil soms bugs that honestly Scared me the first time. When using speech. It sometimes makes a glitch sound. It sounds like your phone but broken. sometimes my phone makes a tudodo sound out of nowhere. and my old phone it was so bad I had to keep my ring tone to silent or else it keeps sounding randomly or repeatedly. (edit). They have fixed most of the problems I had with it. No more random sounds yet. And the text to speach player is also less finicky.

So, I'm coming back to change my review because recently the app has started Auto-adjusting the brightness on my phone and making it too dark to read in any situation other than pitch black darkness. it won't let me manually change the brightness back up to a readable level, and I cannot find any settings anywhere in the app to turn off the auto adjusting brightness feature. if this ever gets fixed I will come back to this app. in the meantime I'm going to find something that I can actually read

love the app! ads come very seldom, which makes the experience the best, works offline which is the best part... the settings and modes are so nice! i love the curl setting, it gives me the feel of a real book... the shelf at the beginning is just like cheery on top... overall ghe perfect app for book lovers, highly recommend!!😊
