Black Desert Mobile

The game is good, but it's not very "friendly" for returning players. I think there should be a recap of story events (like in 'The Witcher III: Wild Hunt') or something else like that, so I don't have to feel so lost. Also, I think the UI and menus are a bit too complex and may need compression or a redesign, because I was very lost for the first few days after reinstalling. (It took maybe 6 hours of playtime to relearn everything) Otherwise, great graphics & performance; good for chill gaming.

Was great until yall took away our ability to change our characters' appearances as many times as we pleased. I think we should be able to change their appearance and name for free and as many times as we want, or at least be given the option to spend 200 black pearls again if you want us to earn it. If this is done, I'll change my review and start playing again. But until the experience will be lackluster and limiting.

tried to get in but it keeps having server connection issues. and it's not WiFi related bc other mobile games on my phone connected with no hiccups. so it's not an internet issue, it's something about my ability to connect to the game servers on your end. I can't even access the complaint window bc it's not letting me tap outside the error message. if I tapped retry it's a plz wait message, a throbber just spinning, an all blacked-out background, & the same error message again. so irritating.
