Reach out to the support team you say?I'm sure people have been trying to do that for several issues but they're mostly either delayed response or left unanswered. How can you expect users to genuinely have a wonderful experience on the app when several users from the support team are also abusing their authority? I've been using this app for a decade now and been trying really hard to cultivate a friendly and positive environment, but it seems to me the well being of the users isn't a priority.

Dont do it.... Its a fairly glitchy app, several of the staff are messy and target members for harassment. The app is not catering to the arab communities, which .. well it started as an English speaking app, but the arabs tend to spend more, so the english speakers are being slowly shoved to the side, and ive been told that the english part will likely soon be shut down..i'll bet they wont refund the money english speakers have spent on the app though. Dont waste the time or money.

Ive been using Palringo for about 5 years. Might even be more. However, the last few months are terrible. Chats disappear, App crashes and/or doesn't want to open. I have to force close the app every time i want to use the app. Please look into these bugs/glitches.
