Insights includes deeper views into Dream Sock data, trends and insights. Insights is a software subscription services to be used with connected hardware, Dream Sock.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.
Length of Subscription: Monthly $5.99 or Annual $54.99 options

I find the product such an incredible scientific win. It collects amazing data and Incan rest knowing my son is not at risk. However, I find the app way below the level of the physical product. The lack of insights, trends from all the data is really disappointing. Just a simple example - I want to be able to see, historically, how much deep sleep my child is getting (day by day, trendline). No such option in the app. For the price, this is surprising at best.

would have been 5 stars but one or both of these two features cause frustration *every* night: 1) recovery mode. HATE. when you manually disable the sock it will just turn itself back on automatically, deciding it knows better and waking up your partner. this automatically turns back on too. 2) in-app alert sounds. when an alert happens, the app shows a huge full screen version of the alert and blasts an incredibly loud alarm sound as if you can't see the full screen alert, waking up your baby.

Hi Chris. Recovery mode is meant to prevent a lapse in monitoring in the event a parent forgets or falls asleep, so it automatically turns the base back on after 20 minutes. However, we agree that the user experience around this could be much more clear. As for the full-screen alerts, this was mandated during our FDA-approval process. Apologies!

Updating my review to reflect some disinterest in the UI update. If I could go back to the older UI, I would. this one is much bulkier, IMO. I find it difficult to read, and I'm unhappy they no longer display the picture! I wish there was a setting to have the old UI. Very disappointed in this. Original review: This device has helped my anxiety so much. I feel much better knowing I can monitor my little one from the comfort of my own bed ♡
