As usual, not a well thought out/horrible Microsoft management product. It allows only one account to manage the device, breaking any additional AD logins for Teams or Email which also require device management. Next to that, it's once again a glorified data stealer of Microsoft to get access to data on your device it shouldn't have in the first place. This app has no right/use-case to access your media (photos & videos), contacts, etc.

Really creepy app - why does my phone insist I install it as an Administrator??? Pre installing: it randomly pops up. Once installed: it insisted on being an Administrator just so I could view my email! It's a Personal phone, not a Work phone so why can I not just see Outlook and Teams without Microsoft wanting to creepily look at everything else. Oh, and it changes Google to Safesearch only and doesn't let you change it back. Like it's a parent or something. Plus it won't let you delete it.

Preventing me from using apps on my rooted device, forcing me to install all kinds of random stuff (using e.g. Magisk) to circumvent this "security". I then need to deny their apps to update, to make sure an update doesn't break my workaround, but this means I might miss out on potential security patches, which in the end might actually become a security risk. Good job, MS, you created a problem by unnecessarily trying to prevent it!
