Terrible refund policy and customer service. I was charged $81.36 without warning and contacted them within an hour, but they only offered a 25% refund and after constant email they gave 50%. I barely used the app and never intended to renew. Unlike Amazon or LinkedIn, which fairly refund unused time, Perfect Body keeps most of the payment. No prior notice, no flexibility, and no real support. Completely unacceptable—would not recommend this app to anyone.

Even on a trial subscription they will continue charging your account (at 4 times the rate of the trial cost). and their 'refund' policy is that they'll give you 25% of this charge back even if you haven't even opened the app because its so terrible. there are many many other apps like this out there that are better quality, for cheaper, with much better customer service.

I've only just got this but from briefly scanning through the personalized meal plans I know I'm going to love this app. You can pick and choose which meals you want and everything is all there for you to see, ingredients list, macros the lot! I love this ❤️
