The app doesn't work with the new checkout flow for some products, where you need to add the product to a shopping list (impossible), pay for a shopping list at a register (impossible) and then get your product from a service desk (irrelevant if you can't make the first two steps work). I just abandoned a physical cart with over €200 in stuff in-store (in Amsterdam) because IKEA tried to force me to use the non-functional app rather than just allowing me to grab the €6 product off the shelf

I've mentioned this a few times via the feedback in the app, but support just keeps on ignoring me. So here goes one last time; the lists are not working properly! Since an update in October / November last year, whenever you add an item to a list, and you close the app and want to work on the list lateron, everything is gone. You have to start all over again building up that list. Can you guys please fix this? It's very frustrating. Thanks in advance.

It feels like IKEA management pushed this new app without listening to any end users. The useful information of products is hidden away; instead of folding out on the same page, it makes you navigate deeper and deeper. That means having to click 'back' every step of the way as well, which is highly inefficient. It's still a shame that the old app was discontinued.
