Activation only takes a moment
You don’t need much to activate the app. Just a Dutch current account at ING, access to My ING and a valid identity document. This can be a passport, an ID card from the EU, an ID card for foreign nationals, a Dutch residence permit or a driver’s license.

When trying to make a deposit to the creditcard, via the app, I keep receiving the error that one or more fields are not entered. Which is incorrect. Amount and comment are both entered. This seems to be a bug. I also tried this via the website and this also does not work. Receiving a different error. Is there an email adres for IT related problems like this? (the chatbot is a joke)

Hi, thank you for the comment about making a deposit on your Creditcard. If this doesn't work I would recommend updating your app and Androind version and also test it in Mijn ING. Can't give it more than one star: the entries in the transactions list are not equal to the transaction dates and time. Very difficult to detect fraudulent or erroneous transactions this way. New: stock info now through this app, but the overview is less good than it was in the separate app. E.g. "Totaal rendement" and "Laatste koerswijziging" are not simultaneously visible. Please don't give your standard answers. Please fix the way entries are listed. And look at the stocks functionality.

The banking app is great, easy to use and with lots of features. The look and feel is amazing. But as non Dutch speaker, even after setting the language to English, I still get messages , updates in Dutch (small banner at top and when you click the message that appears). Can you please fix that so I can understand the message!
