HERE WeGo is a free navigation app that guides local and global travelers on journeys both familiar and foreign. The app now has a fresh, new design and clearer, easier to use navigation.

Enjoy a more carefree journey and reach your destination effortlessly, however you need to get there. Get there on foot with easy-to-follow walk guidance. Take public transport in more than 1,900 cities around the world. Or use turn-by-turn voice guidance with accurate driving directions and go by car. You can even find parking at your destination and get guided directly to it.

Visit the same places often? Save them in a collection to stay organised and find them easier. Or use shortcuts to get directions to them in one click

Need to make an extra stop or want to go a specific way? Simply add waypoints to your routes and HERE WeGo guides you there.

Want to save your mobile data and stay on course even without an internet connection when travelling? Download a map of a region, country or continent and complete your journey while staying totally offline.

I like this, but it has some serious flaws. Firstly, it constantly crashes on Android Auto, which is not fun when I'm driving and need directions. Secondly, the search functionality is pretty bad. Unless you know exactly what you are looking for, it's impossible to find anything new. Sometimes, the search bar just doesn't work , but the biggest problem is not being able to easily filter results. I loved Google Maps' ability to filter restaurants and atteactions in my area.

The display is on my Android Auto is quite good, I didn´t use Here for a while but since it is available on Android Auto it is back. It would be nice when driving without a specific route the map isn´t pointing to the North, but using the direction in which I am driving, to see what is coming. So make a button to switch between the 2 modes (and remember the setting). Another nice feature would be 2 stages of sound, actually 3. 1. No sound 2. Only warnings 3. Full directions

Thanks for the feedback! While in guidance, please tap on the speaker symbol next to the street name, and you can move from full directions, warnings only, and no sound.

1. If you switch to offline mode, search does not work, just spinning endlessly without any result / or says "no result go to online mode" 2. No map updates for long long time now. 3. You cannot see the downloaded maps timestamp. 4. If you put app to background, then bring back, it usually loses gps signal, well, not loses but very inaccurate, so useless for navigation. You have to restart to work properly. This is quite annoying if you are driving... 5. This is the latest version!

Hi Zoltan, we'd recommend you to first update the app to its latest version available and then retest the app and its navigation. If these three (or one of these three) issues persist after the update though, then please email appsupport@here.com and send more details. As soon as we have more info, we can also better help you with it.
