I paid to permanently remove the ads, as stated in the contract, and lifetime updates. Now I'm flooded with ads, and they want to charge me monthly to remove them. They didn't honor their initial contract. And the app no longer responds automatically. I don't want it anymore; it's a scam! It was a good app until the developers got greedy. I'm not paying another cent. They've lost a customer!

Please make gpt and menu to be able to b applied together. Customer care is not responsive but the app is very good if u know how to set it. It worked perfectly with my Samsung and Nokia phone. For those complaining it shows AUTO REPLY as the header, it is a default setting. Navigate the app and disable it. For those complaining it doesn't work sometimes or stops, Make sure the whatsapp auto app is not in optimization and your WhatsApp business or whatsapp messenger and run on background.
