Firstly Good to Know that the Developers ARE Awake. Secondly, I tried Every available Time Zone on my device and the Menu is still Not functioning. This doesn't Appear to be a Time zone issue. The MENU is Simply Not functioning. Furthermore, wouldn't it be More Convenient to have the Game itself Handle All Time Zone Issues via appropriate Coding ? This is a First, that I've Ever been told to Adjust my device for a game. That much work, the game might Not be Worth Playing.

Dear player, you can adjust your time zone setting of the phone device corresponding to the game and try again to check if it works.

I like this game, but there is 1 problem : bug. even after helping others, i can't collect kudos. please change the way to get kudos. especially if server is not crowd. I will bring back more stars in review after you change it. Update : my lvl is the lowest. I always need help but i cannot help others due to big difference in cultivation level. So..i never able to get kudos. Arghhhh!!!!

Hello, there is a daily assistance reward cap in the game. Once you reach the cap, you will no longer receive rewards for further assistance.

the game is nice,arguably the best MMORPG on mobile but we got to a point where we as the players are the game the devs are completely dead and its pushing more players to quit i've been playing this alongside a group of players since release and my advice is put someone working as customer support again instead of removing it and get the devs back working on the game. it needs updates. i offer to be the bridge between the game and the players wants and needs and what should be fixed.
