I booked tickets for a show. Wanted to buy another ticket at a later stage but the app is not allowing me to insert my banking details. I've emailed back and forth with Fever and it feels like I'm being given an automated, generic response with none of the suggestions fixing the problem. Then they start giving me the same suggestions when I said it's not working. So frustrating and still no solution!

Many problems 1. Ticket Validation confirmation. Their Live chat/ FAQ's state that the greyed 8 digit ID ticket number in the app will be validated within 2hrs of the performance. The Id remained grey! This is not an isolated case, as another earlier ticket id has remained grey. 2. App unintuitive Go into live chat/ FAQ's. and I cannot return to the Apps original home page. I have to retern via the link in the email confirmation, or restart phone! 3. FinallyCustomer service flip flop on voucher

Hardly any events in my area. The app has a "Top 5 events" section, Columbus OH only has 4 listed. In a major city with loads going on all the time. THEY DON'T OFFER REFUNDS. I accidentally booked the wrong day, immediately contacted them, and they refuse to refund me. Safe to say, they can't afford to lose out on a single penny since their app is clearly dying. They told me that they would credit me and the credit would be valid for 9 months. Would be fine if there was ANYTHING else to go to
