Useful information presented pretty well. Shame that it is not able to adjust monthly reports according to your bill date, even though the bill date is configurable. Also is you leave the app running in the background then go back to it later, it will show "offline" until you restart.

Thanks for reaching out! You can customize reports by going to Menu > System > Reports > Monthly > Custom, set your date range, then Email Report. The "offline" issue may occur due to battery settings, network drops or background app activity may be inactive. Restarting your Enphase app refreshes the connection and updates data.

In two specific regards, we are disappointed with the apps capabilities. 1 Live reporting of Power is updated every second, but the accumulation of Energy is carried out in chunks of 15mins and fails to individually record Export and Import totals, only the net total is reported. Significant miss reporting results when higher power devices are used for shorter periods. 2 The configured Import and Export Tariffs, are disregarded when "Currency Conversion" is enabled. Meaningless data results.

Really enjoy this app there are a couple of minor issues though. The notifications don't work. If grid power is lost or other situations occur, the system should send emails or text, but this isn't working. Also, there's no notification when a system software update occurs, which kicks us off grid power. At times, it takes multiple attempts to connect. But I really recommend Enphase Solar and home backup, really good product!!!
