EnBW mobility+ is the smart all-in-one solution for your e-mobility. Our Electric Vehicle (EV) copilot offers three functions in one app:

Find the nearest charging stations in your area. It doesn’t matter if your EV trip leads you to Germany, Austria, Switzerland or other neighboring countries in Europe – with the EnBW mobility+ App you can easily find the next charging station in our widespread charging network. Thanks to a multitude of EnBW chargers and roaming partners you can reliably reach any destination with your EV. An interactive map allows you to find available charging stations near you. Numerous filters are available, such as charging power, number of charging points, price, points of interest, or barrier-free access.
With Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, the EnBW mobility+ app can be easily connected to the display in your car. This makes finding the nearest charging station even easier.

With the EnBW mobility+ App, you can conveniently start the charging process for your EV and, if you wish, pay directly via your smartphone. Basically, set up your EnBW mobility+ account and choose one of our charging tariffs. You can switch between our tariffs at any time to accommodate your needs. Now all you have to do is to select a payment method and you’re ready to go! Use the app to monitor your charging progress and stop the charge once you have enough energy for your trip. You prefer a charging card? No worries. Just order your charging card via the app.

Plug, charge, drive on! With AutoCharge, your charging process at EnBW fast charging stations starts automatically. After a one-off activation in the EnBW mobility+ App, you only have to plug in the charging plug and off you go - without app or charging card.
Full price transparency at any time
You can always keep an eye on your charging costs and current account balance with the EnBW mobility+ app. With a price filter, you can set your individual price limit. You can view and check your monthly bills at any time in the app.

Poor experience while travelling. The app forces us to create an account and to select a monthly tarif. Luckily, they have a free tarif, but it still feels predatory. As a traveller, I simply want to charge and pay, not sign up for a subscription to a company I will use only once.

I installed the app on a trip with a rental car, used it only once. Three months later, received an invoice per email, and realize they have been charging my credit card monthly. I tried to cancel my Tariff with the app, but no button for that is available. I tried with the website, no button to cancel tariff, only two buttons to make/link a contract. Not even a "my profile" button. I called the customer service, and was treated horribly, no help. I am now considering filing a police report.

Worst company to have come to the EV charging stations space. Creates a unnecessary need for extra cards, charges for standby after 4h (you can't leave your car charging during the night). It's a rip off with costs 0.89cents per kW in a 11kWh charging station!! Because of this company taking over more and more chargers I'm thinking about going back to a regular petrol car, they are making the charging situation much worse for EVs if you don't pay their "subscription model" to charge your car.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. In September 2020, we introduced a blocking fee with a cost cap to increase the availability of charging points for all electric vehicle drivers and ensure fairness at the charging station.
