Absolutely appalling! Should have read the reviews before purchasing the scale AND band. Pretty sure the BPM reading of the scale is HIGHLY inaccurate and after endless attempts to connect the band I had to read here that it's definitely not supported yet??? HOW on Earth can an app for such pricey equipment be rolled out in this state??? Unacceptable. Adding a paid subscription option on top of everything is definitely not a good look! 100% regret my purchases.

I was very excited for the scale app doesn't work. I tried to connect with Bluetooth, but it cannot find the pod. I was trying to delete the app and reinstalling but it will not connect. Without the app the scale is useless , after several hours I managed to connect the app and do the measurements . but minutes later when I open it for another measurement, it went back to the log in page and I had to start all over again. im now ready to return the item.

The health score is incredibly inaccurate. It takes your body composition, the amount of sleep, and the amount of exercise you get. I exercise daily, and it says I don't exercise at all. There is no way to log workouts or sleep, so the health score doesn't work and shouldn't be there. Would not recommend.
