Whenever I try to register for CamdyBomb or any other campaign on the Bitget app, it always says I'm not eligible—even though I'm not a new user anymore. Honestly, the app is terrible when it comes to campaign participation. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but they just keep repeating the same message: IP issue or duplicate account. The funny thing is, I only use mobile data not Wi-Fi or any hotspot. Still, they haven’t fixed the issue. Bitget’s support service is extremely disappointing.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely volatile and frustrating experience. Coin prices fluctuate too much, and the actual purchase price never matches the listed price. On top of that, gas fees are unnecessarily high. To make matters worse, I was marked ineligible for the CandyBomb offer without any clear reason, despite following all the rules. Overall, it feels unfair and unreliable. Not recommended.

Do you know when a project fails? When unwanted updates are introduced that disturb the user. Signs of a project failing to decline when a user fails to log in despite having data proving that the phone is the same, but automatic logout, the disappearance of the password, and a request every day for a password and key... This is the reason for the collapse of the company, and I have started trying to log in to delete the account because the company is heading towards collapse.
