Bought tickets for a show log in credentials don't work and they do not populate in the app, no way to log in no way to Access tickets that have been issued. Horrible interface for android there should be an option to log in with Google account instead of the ridiculous process of trying to get in after paying ££££ *update after uninstalled and reinstalled it worked* but still little to no support in UK.

I'm giving this app 3 stars because initially it wasn't working correctly. I had placed order about 2 days ago. Was given a date of when I would receive the tickets on the app. Which is fine, the only issue was that it was not showing up in my order history. I finally decided to call customer service to confirm my order went through. Downside of it was that I was on hold for an hour, but the young lady who helped me, was able to sort it out and now I have the tickets in the app.

Awful. Tried buying through browser. Didn't work. Tried different browser. Tried phone. Double, triple checked billing/card info. Tried different payment. Tells me to try another time. Tried hours, then days later. Didn't work. Downloaded app, didn't work. Verified account by email/texts. Went back into app. Showed multiple tickets available, tried to buy, changed to none being available when checking out. Contacted support. Told support would look into it. Never heard from support again.
