Mostly it's just a very annoying advertising platform. Functions like top up and other services are not central as they should be. Instead, the space is given over to ads and promotions. Plus, it doesn't work well - keeps logging me off, slow to respond, etc.

very bad service. mobile data connection always fluctuating. In an instant you will have no mobile data connection anytime anywhere... very annoying. very very very badddd!!!!! this happens more often not like previous years back. you pay for a very bad service but you have no other choice but to accept. sales team always offering perks, offers etc. but after that you are left alone to deal and adjust to their very bad service.

the app functionality is as expected, however somethings need to improve. Alllowing notifications results in constant spamming of 'deals' and marketing of 'plans' through pop up messages on my android phone. When switched off I dont get a reminder when my monthly internet bill is out and due. I insist to be informed about my bill payments. In its current version of this app I cannot achieve this without enduring spam this is a big source of annoyance for me.
