Great app but unable to make payment of individual transactions on overdue amounts. Please enable the system to receive payments. I am trying to pay, but customer care keeps telling me they will send it to legal. But the system that usually allows payment of individual transaction amounts is now locked on my app. It is all or nothing. Isn't the point of credit to also receive payment. I am getting charged the overdue fee. Why can't I make payments on the individual overdue transactions then?

I wanna make a complain how unsecured tabby is. Last May 27 this year, I cannot open my tabby anymore. I reached out with a lot of customer care agents, they told me that I changed my email ID when I did not do such thing. I believe there's a hacker and today when I was able to open my tabby. my nightmare happened there's multiple transactions I don't know. There's also that first agent who hanged on me during the call. He was not able to assist me in any way. I need further help with this.

Absolutely horrible UI and customer support. It won't let me add a payment card, even though I've checked multiple times that the details are all correct. Customer support can't do anything except tell me that the system is rejecting the payment method, and they can't override it. For an app that's designed to take your money, it sure makes it hard to give it to them.
