The mechanics of the game are fine, but you would think after years and years of development the game would have smooth matchmaking and connection. That is definitely not the case, because every game is plagued with disconnections and often leads to getting booted from the match entirely. Connection is King, and this app fails to deliver in that regard. it's unfortunate because the mechanics are good, but the connection issues make the gameplay frustrating at best.

The game's algorithm is so rigged. It is from the start clear who will win the game. Would have been really nice if the blocks were dealt at complete random. Also - PLEASE change the playing time to 10 seconds and 30 seconds. Players do not need 20s and 1min.

Hello! We completely understand that losing games or having unsuitable tiles is not motivating and cannot be enjoyable. However, nobody is constantly lucky. There are no algorithms to manipulate the game: winning can be a matter of luck and chance. The bones are random, and it can be challenging for anyone.

I've been trying for a week to talk to support about a problem and they keep closing the conversation and telling me not to open another ticket. They're not even trying to help me. One of the only games I spend money on and I've been playing on that platform since the pandemic. Not anymore.
