does offer some convenience but in the grand scheme of things, it falls short on its role as a middle person/agent. for example, #1 missing flights and higher cost (airline website has more flight options and at cheaper prices) #2 does not reconcile with hotel partners on loyalty points. I made a booking which is eligible for hotel loyalty as stated in travelperk but wasn't able to get the points after my stay at the hotel. worst, travelperk is unable to resolve the issue at all.

Used to be a decent app, but after the recent update it disappeared. The store shows me that it's still installed but I cannot find it anywhere on my phone. Edit: managed to fix it myself but not with the help of customer support (I did receive a reply but their advice didn't work). The app is not bad but the fact that it disappeared after an update is not great.

This app is functionally useless. Today I had the horrible experience of trying to download an Anytime Day Return. They only sent me my outbound, and nowhere would it provide me with my return, leaving me trapped between stations. Travel Perk support sent me to station staff, station staff sent me to Travel Perk. After 25 minutes Travel Perk realised all they had to do was send me the missing ticket. A useless, stressful experience. I only wish I could give this app zero stars.
