Been doing surveys with toluna fir a while now, on my desktop pc. Received an email about downloading the app. When I go to login to the app on my phone, message keeps saying "general error occurred, please try again later". Keeps saying this no matter what I do or try. Restarting, reloading, etc.

This app is a complete scam. I redeemed a $40 PayPal reward which went into “review” status — and it stayed that way for weeks with no update. Then suddenly, out of nowhere, my account was blocked for “violating terms,” even though I did absolutely nothing wrong. No warning, no explanation, no response from support. Just gone — all my time and effort wasted, and they kept the $40 reward I rightfully earned. This feels like fraud, plain and simple. If you’re thinking of using Toluna, don’t

They delay the reward redemption a lot these days. Claimed a reward on May 24th and still not received. perhaps they are turning into a scam update 27th June. I am already in touch with you support team. They don't say anything other than that they are processing the reward. This has been going on for more than a month now. Clearly you have no intention of processing it. I have stopped working on the surveys.
