I like them but first pair broke after a week but they replaced them so they good about warranty items. Its the design of the earbuds that makes me give it a low rating because I have hearing aids and I like to take them out for earbuds for music and the one I got V-20i don't want to lock in place and give me the worst time listening to music and I can't go out buy new one all the time and I truly believe they can be amazing but its the lock in place around your ear that is hurting these earbuds

Audio is very pleasant and relaxing, but unfortunately the app is very unreliable. frequently crashes or closes down behind the scenes despite being excluded from battery optimization which means the alarm feature cannot be relied on at all as it works less than half the time due to the app closing itself which is a shame.

I've been Anker, and thus Soundcore, loyal and exclusive for years. What is very close to eliminating that is the automatic connection to earbuds that Soundcore enacts. If I am at home or by myself or showing someone something on my phone, the phone's open audio needs to work. Out of nowhere, sound mutes and the earbuds are activated. This toggles back and forth nonstop between Bluetooth and speaker. I am on a third version of Soundcore earbuds where this happens. Unacceptable and unfixable.
