Bad customers service. whenever there is an issue with delivery, they start playing tricks to keep your money. So bad to see such a huge drop in service quality, forced me to change my rating from 5 stars to only 1 star (Sadly, there is no option to give a zero star).

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience using your platform. It clearly stated that delivery would be free if the order exceeded a certain amount. My order met that requirement, yet I was still charged a delivery fee. This feels misleading and unfair. I planned my order based on the information provided, and the unexpected extra charge was frustrating. Please ensure that your platform reflects accurate and transparent information. I wonβt be comfortable using the service again!!

Horrible 2 different times requested refund 1.missing item not delivered (grocery) 2.wrong item delivered (grocery) and the same answer in both cases, actually no answer. In other applications refund is a normal procedure. Food delivery is good and that's why I gave the 2 stars. Hungerstation still owe me money *Next day* hungerstation replied to my google review saying that I can reach out through their email, if I haven't done that already, and wondering if it's my responsibility anymore!
