Lots of great tours to discover on this app. I found it better than Viator. Sometimes the tour operators don't give enough info on details like where to park for meeting place, especially the ones departing from ports in Italy. it was stressful & time consuming trying to find parking in a very limited and restricted parking area, and I almost missed my tour. Getyourguide should have more oversight on this, and reading some reviews, on the accuracy of description of the tours.

Very trustworthy; experiences are as described; reasonably priced; responsive and immediate support I booked a driver to the airport. after booking, I realized I had selected the wrong date, which had passed already, meaning the driver arrived at the hotel and there was no passenger. I was able to chat easily through the app and explain the situation. The support rebooked my ride without penalty!

What can I say, Abdul Nasir was a perfect gentleman, and he really knows he stuff. he explained every bit, the history, culture, and everything. he also awarded enough time for all the stops and offered to take pictures for us at vert strategic and important landmarks. covered all the areas and landmarks and even went extra and beyond. he made the tour very enjoyable and a memorable one. I highly recommend him.
