The app is okay, but the information on the app is not always up-to-date, like if there are even seats available on the flight. I tried to reserve the same flight/seats 7 or 8 times, and it always failed on the payment. I thought my US bank kept blocking the charge for suspicion of fraud, but after calling in, they claimed that there were no seats left on the flight in question, even though the app let me choose my seats. I'm going to use another airline, and I'd recommend you do the same.

Requires a CPF even for foreigners, even with an international credit card! Don't waste your time trying to book with LATAM - this issue only appears at the very end. I actually even have a CPF for other reasons, but it fails anyway because it tries photo verification against my foreign credit card. Just ridiculous that a flight company seems entirely unprepared for tourists or international travellers?! They could at least be upfront about it instead of wasting everyone's time!

Latam canceled one leg of my trip & when I tried to book a new one at no charge, flights are unavailable. Because of that I couldn't make my next flight which was also on Latam and had to purchased a whole new ticket and get only the taxes refunded from the original flight because they were not on the same reservation. So the fact that my entire trip got ruined and I had to pay an extra hotel night in Iquitos did not matter to them at all. Their customer service is basically non-existent.
