I recently used this app during my travels, and I have to say, I'm underwhelmed. It often freezes and crashes, especially when I'm trying to check in or open my boarding card. This issue becomes extremely stressful, particularly when I'm in a long queue at the airport. It makes an already hectic situation even more frustrating. I hope the developers can address these issues soon for a smoother experience.

Charges USD instead of €, and takes a lot of exchange fees. Even when I select euros to display. I live in the EU and have a European bank account. Why should I pay in USD and exchange fees??? And it had a technical error that booked off 690€ from my PayPal but no booking/ticket. I am glad PayPal allowed me to cancel the payment immediately.

Useful only for airport use. Other than that, completely useless. After flying on a weekly basis with the company (2000€/month), their booking system broke down and confirmed different dates, than the ones I booked. Tried to rebook, ended up paying the rebooking fees without even changing flights. Help desk replied they can't do anything about it. That is beyond any understanding. No service culture, no quality control. Deeply confusing + untrustworthy. Changed name, not the culture. Lost 450€.
