It used to be a great app. Seems the company is not investing any money on this app. Tried to top up my credit and it becomes a horror film. Not being able to pay with credit card nor with ideal. Seems that I need to find an alternative for my long distance phone calls. Pitty Yes I contacted your support team. the problem is my bank was their answer. How extrange that 3 different payment methods are not working just for your company.

The app is not recommended! The support doesn't help with problems and is generally very unfriendly (I had to deal with Markus, maybe other employees are better). It is not possible to change the number or at least transfer your existing credit.

Very Disappointed – Credit Purchased But Can’t Make Any Calls I bought credit through the Yolla app with the expectation of being able to make international calls, but I haven’t been able to make even one call. Every attempt either fails or gets stuck without connecting. I’ve checked my connection, updated the app, and tried everything I could, but nothing works. Very frustrating and feels like a waste of money. I do not recommend this app unless they resolve these serious issues.

Small issues with calls from Yolla to Yolla have also been optimized.
Some of you may have experienced issues when trying to connect Bluetooth devices during calls. Our team has fixed this error on all models.
