Don’t go with this SIM provider. They claim social media usage is free, but my regular data keeps getting deducted. Even after carefully checking my daily usage and calculating everything, I still couldn’t understand where the data was going. When I contacted customer care, they blamed apps that I don’t even have on my phone. Choosing this provider was a big mistake, please be cautious before subscribing.

Yaqoot's service is most annoying. I saw a boy was playing online games with yaqoot sim fluently. Then I ordered that 4 days ago probably. Then I tried to register the new sim. But damn, their system didn’t work well. I complaint to the technical team, still they couldn’t give me a solution. Though, they sent me 2 messages on different time with same writing that they have solved my problem. But it was more embarrassing when I failed again to register for the same problem of their apps.

I lost 600 mega from my data package while using another data from another Sim. They have changed and trying to make me pay more to make me buy more data. I confronted them over their WhatsApp line and kept lieing for 5 hours to avoid presenting any proof. Since this is kept happening for last 5 months. I will stop using them, because they're cheating the records.
