i bought boom box 3, i don't know why it keeps on disconnecting every 40-50 seconds, i tried different devices with the same issue persisting, its so frustrating, so expensive the speaker but you cannot enjoy listening for a minute?? firmware and software needs to be refine otherwise no point using JBL product and this silly app, JBL losing their quality just like Apple... well done ❤️‍🩹

Bought two Go 4s. One connected fine. The other one won't connect. The normal Bluetooth pairing process doesn't work. I keep getting a popup on the lower half of my screen asking me to connect. It takes over a minute to connect, but then it's still not connected. It prompts me to download this app, which also can't find the speaker. The speaker is useless. Update: I deleted the first speaker hoping it would help, and now I can't connect to that one. So now both speakers are useless.

Apparently the main purpose of this app is to update the speaker firmware and not much else. That works fine, except that I see strange bahavior that all existing bluetooth profiles on my phone (e.g. headphones, carkit) are deleted after updating a speaker. I hoped to use the 4 extreme 2's to amllify tv sound via the aux-input in party mode. Even with a single speaker, the latency is too large to do this. So these speakers essentially work for music listening only.
