The app is generally good, but there's one important feature missing. When I add a new beneficiary, I have to go back and search for their name again in order to send money. It would be much more convenient if, right after adding a beneficiary, there was a direct "Send Money" option available. This would save time and make the process much smoother. Please consider adding this feature to improve the user experience.

I’ve had a generally good experience with First Abu Dhabi Bank when it comes to their banking services and mobile app — both are efficient and user-friendly. However, their customer service really needs improvement. I recently tried contacting their customer support and ended up waiting on hold for over 30 minutes without speaking to anyone. Eventually, my call credit ran out and the call got disconnected. What’s worse is that no one even attempted to call me back.

I was using this mobile app for more than 1 year already and I was satisfied from the beginning not until I experience a problem on sending money online. I process and outward payment and it was rejected but they deducted the money on my account already but the outward transfer was not even process. its already solved now but it takes 2 weeks. its makes me worry from the beginning.
