I've been using ESPN for a long time, and it's always been great and has consistently reliable for all things sports. I love everything about it, except recently, there have been increasingly longer adds. Now I am having to watch a commercial that's just as long as the video that I actually want to watch. Other than that you can depend on it for scores to games, videos, and more!

I feel like ESPN and BR are actively competing to make the most useless app. Notifications don't load or fail to take you to anything besides the home screen. Video's often fail to load or are "unavailable" after being forced to watch the 20 second ad. ESPN+ is a joke, this app is a joke. It can't be that hard for a multi-billion dollar company to make a half decent app.

For at least the last 3-4 months, when I click on a notification it's a 50/50 on whether the story/video actually loads or I just end up with spinning wheel. Happens on and off Wi-Fi, 5G, any of it. Incredibly annoying. No, turning off my connection or closing the app doesn't fix it. Really cool not being able to read the sports news on the sports news app. Will update rating if fixed.
