Requires SMS code to sign up. But couldn't receive SMS even after multiple attempts. Went to the FAQ section and the recourse is to receive a call to verify instead. Even that didn't work (app said "Something went wrong." What a disaster of an app for hotels that absolutely require it to check in and enter the hotel.

Completely pointless, you waste more time signing up and downloading yet another app than waiting at the reception desk. In the end I still had to stand in line because I didn't receive my key and the receptionist had to help me. There was a 50% failure rate for opening the door, and having to turn on location and Bluetooth just to use the elevator and getting into my room was super annoying. Got a physical card and deleted this rubbish app.

Idea is great, but most hotels integrate this badly. I often see that hotels still require a card for turning on the lights in the room, but there isn't one provided, and I used the app to open the door. Also the heating usually does not turn on in the room, because the heating system has not received the check-in properly from aero guest or the hotels PMS integration. And it would be nice to have an easy, clear way to contact the front desk in the app.
