Every time I search for a movie or series on Google, it shows the Prime Video link, claiming it's available. But when I open the app — nothing. This happens repeatedly. It's frustrating, misleading, and wastes time. Either update your database to match actual content or stop allowing false results to appear via search engines. If a title is rent-only or part of another paid channel, clearly mention it — don’t pretend it’s included in Prime. We pay for a premium service — we expect transparency.

Too many problems to even begin listing. just about anything worth watching, you need to subscribe to, everything else is bottom of the barrel bs. streaming has gotten just as bad as cable and satellite TV. really not worth having. basic tv is becoming more entertaining these days. And that's free! go figure!

Zero Stars I was watching a show and suddenly I had to pay for it, there was no date stated for removal it was what I was watching...The app changes seasons while watching. It changed shows completely too. Hey me again! 06/13/25 Getting kicked out of the app now, randomly. Why do I still get ads when I pay for no ads? No ≠ fewer. It sends me to random other seasons, ie. from 2 to 10.
