It kept giving error messages saying a problem with my connection, which is rubbish as I'm at home and everything else works. Hence me posting this review. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it asks to verify my email and mobile number, but the verification code doesn't come through. I'm now locked out of the app and cant pay for my packages or choose my delivery address because it won't let me log in. Great work again Aramex!

The app currently only shows office locations in Saudi Arabia — there are no Emirates locations available when searching. Also, whenever I try to choose a delivery or pickup option, an error message appears and the process can't continue, at the same time getting delay on my package arrival date . I hope this issue can be fixed soon, as it affects the overall usability of the app.

Salah El Arabi
This is literally the worst application i have ever used. It gives you errors that you can never understand in the most crucial times when you need to deliver an important document in a tight timeline. It lets you go through all the steps, and then it tells you .. invalid address or maybe error processing request. It's literally the opposite of what it's made for, which is convenience. It almost made me switch to another courier just for the hell i went through with the app.
