I've never had issues with Yahoo Mail for as many years as I've had it. that said, I absolutely hate their new update for the mobile app. I have Samsung, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with anything, but heads up. I don't know why they created separate sections for you to see your emails. there's now all, primary, offers, and other. it directs you to see primary opening the app. I don't like this at all. I want to see all my emails since I get offers frequently from stores I sub to.

Some of these new features actually make it harder not easier to go through my emails. At first I liked it but quickly found it frustrating when emails are automatically placed in newsletters, Primary, offers, other. For some this may be ideal especially if they deal with a lot of emails or find it frustrating. Maybe I will get used to it in time.

Updating my review because they updated the app again. Again, making it worse. The new automatic sorting function makes it harder to see all emails and navigate the app. Yahoo seems hell-bent on adding useless and obnoxious "new" features to try and stay relevant. Meanwhile, my Gmail account remains simple and functional - with the ability to auto if I do choose, rather than forcing it and having me end up in random folders every time I open the app. good job Yahoo 👏🏼
