I hate this app; forced to use it nonetheless. messages to the page are regularly delayed, sometimes for more than 24 hours. There is no option to search messages, notifications don't clear so I'll have a notification saying I have an unread message while no unread messages display in my inbox, leading me to wonder if it's a glitch or if the business suite has once again eaten a message that may or may not show up in a few days.

It just stays soo bad and over simple dumb things. You can click the "schedule" button but it just brings you to a posting layout so if you don't click schedule AGAIN it won't be scheduled to post later. The schedule part is also somewhat hidden on the screen so if you don't scroll back up you will miss it, wwhhyy would it start you off just below this part even though that's how you started the whole processe?! Great question. Multiple things like this that make you wonder WHY?!

Trying to run a band page through this is tedious and annoying. all the "help" options are vague and genuinely not helpful. comments and messages never show up correctly. Because we're a "business" we have this awful auto-response to messages that no matter what I do I can't turn off, making business worse for us, not better. make this actually user friendly instead of needlessly complicated and annoying.
