How many times do I have to cancel orders that were accidentally accepted?! The app overlays the screen where my keyboard typing is occurring, so it puts the accept button right under my fingers mid-sentence! Why can't you implement a 2-click confirmation? Update: workaround by turning off the overlay permissions after going online. yeah, it's a PITA to set it every time, but that's what I need to have control over my device, I guess.

lowered to 1 star since any time I click the area to log off, an order pops up and matches since it uses the same spot. infuriating. then I have to cancel. it's annoying to accept a matched order, be given directions for pickup, drive there, only to find another driver,or 5 already picked it up, we're uncompensated. the app really needs to fix issues like this. also, having no live customer support is abysmal. the 'ai' is useless. also I agree the overlay is a pain, and dangerous in some cases.

Navigation is broken and has been for over 3 years. Messages from customers pop up repeatedly until you tap them. The app glitches out and stops working all together at random times, yet still shows you is active even though it considers you offline. Grocery shops for items that are sold by weight never show the weight that the customer wants. So you have to contact the customer or just guess. The permissions it demands of every user are insane. Essentially, it takes over your phone.
