I am subscribed just now and it's not showing online. even after 5 times coming online. so it's a fake application as it is not working. return my money

The person whose online status I am checking has come online. I did not receive even a single notification in this regard which would let me know that he has come online. I have already taken a 3 month subscription and the application does not even work. solve my issue as soon as possible.

The app worked only once in a while at the beginning. It has stopped working for over a week now and doesn't generate a QR Code to connect to WhatsApp any more. I have sent numerous emails to the support team and haven't heard back.
